Navy and Fire with Jewels

Hand-made leaded glass panel with navy and red and amber streaked water glass around a beveled center.  The inside border is a clear,"Jack Frost" etched glass and the outside border is navy.  The beveled design in the center of the panel is 13 inches long and 8 1/2 inches wide at the center.  The panel is  22 1/2 inches x 28 1/2 inches.
